Do we need a car on 30A?
For a first trip, yes. A car makes airport transfers and town-hopping easier. Once you're in your home-base area, walking and biking can handle much of the fun.
Which town is best for a first girls' trip?
Seaside, WaterColor, or Seagrove are strong central choices. Rosemary Beach is a great fit when walkability and a polished atmosphere matter most.
Is 30A the same as Destin?
No. 30A is a scenic corridor through South Walton's beach communities east of Destin. The atmosphere is more small-town and spread across distinct neighborhoods.
What should we pack for 30A?
Think elevated casual: breathable layers, a light sweater, two swimsuits, walkable sandals, sneakers for biking, and one dinner look. Also sunscreen. We're grown women; we know better now.
